Admission Regulations

The applicant must meet the following requirements:

1. Kindergarten
1. Must be at least 5-6 years old/have finished his/her kinder year
2. Photocopy: Birth/Baptismal Certificate
2. Grade one
1. Must be at least 6 years old with Kindergarten background
2. Card from the principal of the Kindergarten school where the child studied
3. Must pass oral/written exams
4. Photocopy: Birth/Baptismal Certificate
3. Transferees (Including Grade 7 and Grade 11)
1. Report Card/Form 137-A
2. Letter of Recommendation from Principal, Adviser or Guidance Counselor
3. Honorable Dismissal
4. Testing Fee
5. Must pass the interview and written examinations
6. Photocopy: Birth/Baptismal/Confirmation Certificate

Note: The following will not be admitted in SCA: (Grade/High School Transferees)

1. Students with failing grades.
2. Students who were dropped from other schools for grievous offenses.
3. Repeaters due to academic failure
4. Irregular students

Application Procedure

Step 1:

Get an application form for entrance examination at Registrar’s Office and fill it up.

Step 2:

Pay the entrance fee P200 at the Cashier’s Office.

Step 3:

Take the exam at the given date: present your receipt.

Step 4:

Visit the school after one week for the result.
